6 one-to-one sessions package

Six One-to-One Coaching sessions, 60 mins each.
If in our initial 30 mins consultation we come to a conclusion that the problem your child is experiencing is complex and will take time to address, you can book a set of 6 coaching sessions. This will include up to 2 'emergency' 30 mins sessions if you need extra support between the full sessions.

Package price: £450 for 6 sessions

Single one-to-one session

One individual one-to-one 60 mins session.

In our initial 30 minutes consultation we may discover that your child's anxiety could be fairly simple to resolve. In this case, you can decide to go for only one session, and decide later if you need more.

Single session price: £75

4 group sessions package

If you feel that you need a place where you can share your thoughts without judgment and feel listened to, you can book a set of four Group Sessions with max 6 participants.

Group sessions are focused on certain topics highlighted by the group as something they would like to talk about. I facilitate the discussion and provide relevant guidance, knowledge and share helpful skills and techniques where needed.

In group sessions, you can share your experiences with other parents who have similar challenges, share tips and techniques that worked, and maybe even make some new friends!

Each session lasts 60 mins and gives everyone an opportunity to be heard and to contribute to the group discussion. At the beginning of each session, we ensure that we all agree to appropriate confidentiality rules.

Group session package price: £180

Thank you so much for the time you took in our session. I really appreciate your advice on how to help coach my daughter. You were so easy and engaging to talk to and I found your advice was delivered in a structured but also practical way that would allow me to put some of your good ideas into practice. I left our conversation feeling more confident in my parenting approach and also feel more prepared for when difficult situations arise in the future.

4 months on we are doing well. I just finished reading my daughter’s school report and she is doing brilliantly. We have done lots of work on communication and ways to help her when she's feeling anxious. We've had a few moments where she has struggled but they have been overcome relatively smoothly.

Thank you so much again - I really did find our session useful and I think my daughter appreciates it too!
